Return Instructions:
1. Enter your order number&zip code, then select Start a Return.

2. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and select the appropriate option under "Why are you returning?"

3. After selecting your reason for return, choose Return OR Exchange (Exchanging will send you a new item and is at the top of the page; if you want your money back choose Return, towards the bottom)

4. Once you have entered all the required information, you may add additional items for return, or you can complete the process by clicking " Continue with Return " and confirming by clicking " Submit Return "

5. You can generate a QR code to show at the post office upon dropping off your order or choose to print label & drop off your item(s) at your nearest USPS location; once scanned, your refund/exchange will automatically be initiated

Orders are shipped within the timeline indicated on each product. Custom orders can take longer, which is indicated in each transaction.

When will I receive my order? 

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there is an error in your shipping address and you need to modify your order, time is of the essence. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after placing your order. Thank you for understanding that in most cases your order will have already been processed for shipment and we will be unable to modify your order. If an order with an incorrect shipping address has already been processed, replacement orders can be issued for additional shipping and handling fees. Please contact our customer care team for any inquiries regarding replacement orders.

I need to change my address

Right now we’re shipping to the contiguous United States. 
This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Thank you for your understanding!
