How to Use the Self Serve Returns and Exchanges PortalUpdated 8 months ago

If you would like to return your purchase, please navigate to our returns portal here

You will be instructed to enter your order number and shipping zip code. If you don't remember your order number, no worries! Please click here to learn how to find it.

On the next page of the returns portal, you will be able to choose which items in your order you wish to return or exchange. Items that are not eligible for return will be greyed out below the items that are returnable. 

*Note that items from different brands will require separate return labels.

Once you have chosen the item you'll be returning/exchanging, you can input the reason for your return and any important details regarding the return. If this item is eligible for an exchange, an option to exchange will be provided. Please ensure you make the proper selection of return or exchange.

After making your selection(s) for a return or exchange, you will be taken to the final page to review your return or exchange before submission. Once submitted, you will be taken to the confirmation page which details the return and provides a shipping label for you to print and use to send back your purchase by dropping it off at your nearest USPS location. Once the label has been scanned by USPS, your refund or exchange request will be automatically processed.

Note: If you are sending your own return, please ensure to make note of the tracking number for the return package. Please be advised that as per our shipping and returns policy, you will not be refunded for original shipping fees or return shipping if you choose to purchase your own return label outside of our provided labels.
