When will I receive my order?Updated 8 months ago

All orders are shipped by the date indicated on each product's page. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number associated with your order. After receiving your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update from the courier. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within the timeline indicated at the time of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder.  

Please note that the timeline indicated on each product's page is the date your order will ship by and not when your order will be delivered. 

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email or your order has not shipped within the indicated timeline, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
