How do I cancel my order?Updated 8 months ago

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible after placing your order. 

Thank you for understanding that in most cases your order will have already been processed for shipment and we will be unable to cancel your order. However, you can either refuse the order at the door or return it once it arrives. To make a return, you can access our self-serve returns portal by clicking here.
